Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

What is Coaching?
First of all, coaching is not therapy, counseling or advice. Coaching is a future-oriented process that focuses on the wants and needs of the client. All clients are presumed to be creative, resourceful and whole; entirely capable of creating change in their lives.
Beáta works co-creatively with women on issues related to mid-life, mid-career and eldering transitions. In her 6-Step creative coaching process, Beáta incorporates spirit-centered inquiry, helping women to re-discover their true nature. Beáta’s students work to visualize and create an exciting yet realistic future based on personal values, gifts, dreams and passions. Best of all, we have FUN in the process!
