These questions come in many different variations but ultimately women want to know if they are in the right place at this time in their lives. The future looks murky.
I know that you have thought about these or similar questions at least once in your life; this has brought you to my website. How about this, “I just want to quit my job!”
Some women are brave, courageous and bold, and tackle this work/life issue
head on. Others, like me, need more time for purposeful reflection and exploration. If you fit into either of these categories, or somewhere in between, don’t be hesitant about asking for help.
My six-step coaching process will allow you to set your own pace, while giving you the tools, knowledge and support you need to prepare yourself and make a decision to move forward with your life:
- Reality Check: Understand where you are on life’s journey; celebrate your achievements
- Reclaim Your Essential Self: Journey inward to clarify your values, passions and gifts
- Reveal What You Really Want: Discover what the real you really wants and deserves
- Refine Your Goal: Clearly state where you’re going
- Release Your Energy: Journey outward; implement a realistic plan
- Rejoice! Celebrate your new goals, new plan, new path, and new life
When you have reached the Rejoice! phase, you will want to consider one of these 6-month follow-up programs, meeting twice per month, on the phone, to be accountable for your progress toward success:
- One-on-one monthly or bi-monthly accountability calls, or
- Join a group call and share your goals and progress with other women
